This Privacy Policy explains how Samfinity Tech LLC d/b/a Bondello (“Bondello,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information you (the “Local Business” or “User”) or your customers (“End Users”) provide through the Bondello platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Business Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
End User Information:
No Location Tracking: We do not actively collect End Users’ precise location data.
Provide & Maintain Services: We use the collected information to enable you to create campaigns, manage appointments, and send marketing communications (SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, etc.).
Analytics & AI-Powered Insights: We may analyze the data to provide reports, insights, or suggestions to help optimize your marketing efforts. These insights are offered “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy or results.
Communication:
Legal Compliance: We may use or disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect our rights or the rights of others.
Business-to-Business: Bondello does not share one business’s customer data with any other business.
Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., SMS gateways, WhatsApp APIs, cloud hosting, analytics providers). We only share information necessary for them to perform their services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others (e.g., to investigate fraud or respond to a government request).

We store your and your End Users’ data on secure cloud servers located in the United States. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may delete or anonymize End User data upon request or when it is no longer needed for the purpose collected.
We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information or that of your End Users.
Consent Management: You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from End Users before collecting or using their personal information for marketing purposes.
Opt-Out Mechanisms: You must ensure that your End Users can easily opt out of SMS, WhatsApp, and email communications. Bondello can facilitate opt-out mechanisms (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” for SMS), but it is your responsibility to honor and maintain those opt-out requests.
Data Deletion: If an End User or you request deletion of personal information, we will assist by deleting or anonymizing data under our control within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or contractual obligations to retain certain data.
The Service is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you suspect that a child under 13 has provided personal data through the Service, please contact support@bondello.io so we can take appropriate measures.
Certain states, including California, provide residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. Where applicable, these may include the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain data practices. While Bondello is designed for U.S. businesses, if you or any of your End Users are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with data protection laws, you acknowledge that personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your and your End Users’ information in the U.S. We will take measures to ensure your personal data is protected according to appropriate standards, but we do not specifically cater to EU-based businesses or End Users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
